2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 292 of 2023 instituted under Sections 379, 414, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is involved in selling stolen vehicles. In these circumstances, he does not deserve anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered
