Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 392, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught with stolen golden chain, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case no. 53/2016 pending in the court of Smt. Gayatri Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the court below itself.
