The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.85 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473 and 311 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on receiving secret information about cheating the people by a boy advertising the news "Chhera Pahchano Inam Pao" in the newspaper and also through mobile, the police reached at the house of one Virendra Kumar, North Market, Koyari Tola under Warisaliganj Police Station, DistrictNawada, where one Satyendra Kumar was apprehended and on search, he was found in possession of two mobile sets and a diary

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14238 of 2017 (4) dt.03-08-2017 2/2 was also recovered beneath the bed detailing the mobile numbers and name of several persons. Later on, Satyendra Kumar confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner as one of his associates indulged in cheating the people. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that except the confessional statement of the co-accused Satyendra Kumar, nothing has been collected by the Investigating Officer during investigation and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No.85 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
