Petitioner seeks bail in Singhiya P.S. Case No.26 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that police got information that three persons are moving on motorcycle to commit crime. The police intercepted the motorcycle and two persons were apprehended. One person managed to run away. The police recovered one country made pistol loaded with live cartridge from possession of the petitioner.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68697 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 Keeping in view the period spent by petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Singhiya P.S.
