=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-02-2017 The writ application filed by the petitioners was allowed on 13th of July, 2011 with a direction to decide the representation of the petitioners to consider grant of payment of interest on delayed payment of rent to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.

In the show-cause it has been pointed out that such claim has been rejected by a speaking order vide communication dated 7th of August, 2012 (Annexure-B to the show-cause).
