The petitioner seeks bail in Danapur P.S. Case No.72 of 2020, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one loaded country made pistol was recovered. From possession of Golu Kumar @ Kundan Kumar @ Gulu Kumar, two live cartridges were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Golu Kumar @ Kundan Kumar @ Gulu Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.14597 of 2020. The petitioner is in jail since 27.01.2020. The petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19795 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 has remained in jail for about five months and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Bablu Kumar @ Bablu is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.72 of 2020.
