The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laheriyasarai P. S. Case No. 20 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that co-accused Mazharul Hassain @ Lal Babu @ Mazharul Hassan has already been granted pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.06.2018 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 30964 of 2018, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
