The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 37/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his son-in-law Md. Jasim, the petitioner always staring at her with bad intention and he touched her body. He forcibly took her basket of clothes and ornaments. It is further alleged that on 26.03.2016 the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted her with fists and slaps. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is step mother-in-law of the petitioner and on account of some land dispute this false case has been lodged. The informant did not lodge any case with regard to taking of box containing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46901 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 clothes and ornaments.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 37/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
