It was listed in the year 2001 and thereafter none is appearing in the matter. Complaining breach of an order passed on 15.09.1998 in C.W.J.C. No. 2655 of 1998 this application has been filed and a general direction was given to dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance to law.

As none is appearing for the parties and till date even notices have not been issued in the matter, now after such a long period of time, no case is made out for initiating action for contempt. In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting with regard to settlement of his claim for pensionary benefits, liberty shall be
