JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner in this writ application has assailed an order dated 14.05.2008 passed under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C., it must be held to be not maintainable. When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to move competent forum/court as against the aforesaid impugned order.
