ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 23.1.2015.

The counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 has no instruction from his Client.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 9.10.2013 in connection with Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2013, to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, is hereby confirmed on the terms noted in the order dated 23.1.2015.

However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31475 of 2013 (7) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 a sum of Rs.1,100/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-.
