On 11.11.2013, two weeks time was allowed to learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defects but the same was not done. Again on 24.11.2014, on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, further two weeks time was granted to remove the defects. Again the same was not removed and on 11.12.2014, the Court on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner granted further three weeks time for removal of the defects. As per the office note report dated 22.06.2015/13.07.2015, till date the defects have not been removed.

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands dismissed.
