The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.10.2013, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36449 of 2013, whereby the petitioner was granted bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section of the Electricity Act on the readiness of deposit 50% of loss amount before the authorities within four months. The loss was calculated to the tune of Rs. 1,81,646/-.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not arrange the money and deposit 50% of loss amount hence, he could not surrender and furnish bail bond. It is further submitted that now the petitioner has arranged the finance.

No. 36449 of 2013 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is permitted to deposit 50% of loss amount within period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order then surrender and furnish bail bond.
Accordingly, the modification application is disposed off.
