09.09.2015 The modification petition has been filed because there is discrepancy in the name of Petitioner No. 2 in the cause-title of order, dated 20.02.2015. It is the stand of the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that name of the petitioner is "Chanda Kumari", but the police in its F.I.R. have indicated her name as "Chandu Kumari" and because of the same, the petitioner did not derive the benefit of bail granted vide the said order.

The modification application is allowed in connection with Vaishali P. S. Case No. 56 of 2011, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40267 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Let name of "Chanda Kumari" be read as alias "Chandu Kumari". Rest of the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35982 of 2014 on 20th of February, 2015 remains the same, except to the extent that the period of surrender is extended by two weeks from today. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J.) SKM/- U T
