The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 307, 504, 341, 323, 324, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. This is a case of misuse. The petitioner's bail bond has been cancelled on 30.10.2013. She has voluntarily surrendered on 05.12.2016. She is in custody since 05.12.2016. In this manner, she has been sufficiently punished for her latches. The petitioner is a lady.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2261 of 2017 (2) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Session Trial No. 877 of 2013 arising out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner. The Petitioner is directed to present in the court below each and every date till final disposal of the case.
