Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21992 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.70 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 498A, 313, 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there has been compromise between the parties. Considering the aforesaid submission, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.70 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. However, at the time of accepting the bail bond of the petitioners, the court below will verify the factum of compromise and if the same is denied by the opposite party no.2 then the petitioners will be taken into custody.
