This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 780 of 2022 registered under section 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in short is that one Akash Kumar, was said to be standing is a suspicious condition. The informant who is A.S.I. tried to grab him but he started running away from the spot but the police personnel had caught him. He further alleges that one master key was recovered from his pocket. He had disclosed before the police that he used to steal motorcycle. According to him one Rajnish Kumar was in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24181 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 joint venture of stealing motorcycles, he himself and one Kunday Kumar. Thereafter all were arrested on the same day. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the allegtations levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 780 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Dehri police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
