2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S Case No. 9 of 2022 instituted for the offence u/s 302, 307, 341, 323, 120(B), 147, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14419 of 2023 with a direction to expedite and conclude the trial within the stipulated period of six months.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 08.04.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial is likely to be

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of six months, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Prakash/- U T
