The contention of the petitioner is that the complaint Case Nos. 122914/14-15, 122915/14-15, 122916/14-15, 122917/14-15, 122918/14-15, 122919/14-15, 122606/14-15, 122921/14-15, 122920/14-15, N.C. 1320/N/R, N.C. 1319/N/R were filed before the State Information Commission for providing information sought by the petitioner from Public Information Officer details of which are mentioned in

Patna High Court CWJC No.14643 of 2015(4) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 Annexure-3 series of this writ application.

Ms. Binita Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State Information Commission submits that all the cases filed by the petitioner were heard in Case No. 135737/2015/2016 and all the second appeals filed by the petitioner have been disposed vide order dated 03.11.2016 with a direction to the petitioner to approach the concerned Public Information Officer of the Office of Director General of Police, Patna as well as Public Information Officer of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Darbhanga to further direction to them to allow the petitioner to peruse the relevant documents.

In view of the aforesaid submission, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed and this application has become infructuous.

This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
