The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 494 of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of one of the aspirants for the post of Aanganwari Sewika/Sahayika and the allegation in the FIR is of vandalizing the office of the concerned functionaries on the pretext of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19268 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 appointment process not being conducted fairly. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and many others. The petitioner was part of the Aam Sabha and has falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 494 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
