JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 15-09-2017 This petition was filed in the year 1999 and while hearing the matter with regard to deputation and officiating on incharge basis, which was challenged in this writ petition, it was directed that it be heard along with CWJC No.1881 of 1989. Office note indicates that CWJC No.1881 of 1989 has already been disposed of on 30th June, 2008.

In view of the aforesaid and further the fact that the question involved in the writ petition was with regard to temporary officiating and posting of the petitioners on deputation in the year 1999, now with the passage of time, the issue is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the petition stands
