Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court at early stage of the case but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 21.12.2015 but up till now, his trial could not be concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge VII, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sessions trial no. 128/2016 arising out of
