The petitioner is facing accusation under section 366A IPC vide Parbatta Parbatta P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016 and prays for grant of anticipatory bail.
The father lodged the case that his minor daughter was kidnapped/abducted by the petitioner. On retrieval, the victim girl made her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. copy whereof is enclosed at Annexure-2.
Looking to the statement made by the victim girl under section 164 Cr. P.C. as well as other materials reflected from the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10544 of 2017 (3) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 record, I am not persuaded to extend the petitioner the privilege of anticipatory bail. Prayer is rejected.
