2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 06 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Section 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Unknown criminals after assaulting the victim committed loot of Rs. 2,20,700/-, gold articles etc. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of one Gautam Paswan @ Vikky Paswan from whom some looted articles have been recovered.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2026 having ten criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner has come during self incupatory statement of the co-accused from whom looted articles were recovered and also the fact that the petitioner has ten criminal antecedents of serious nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
