The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No.118 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of commission of theft in the house of the informant and several articles were stolen. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on the petitioner was arrested and one copy of the ADHAR card has been recovered. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than seven months and one after another, he has been made accused in several cases and he has been granted bail in those cases.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.70531 of 2018(3) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No.118 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
