2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code .
3. It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged educational certificates.
4. Counsel for the petitioner filed a supplementary affidavit which is taken on record and he submits that petitioner wrote an application before the Head Master of the school through registered post dated 10.05.2024 which has received on 25.05.2024 , thereafter the head master of the school sent the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25463 of 2024(5) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 said application along with notes bearing letter No. 22 dated 28.05.2024 to Block Development Officer-cum-Secretary Prakhand Niyojan Zikai, Nagarnausa and also informed the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has resigned from the post of Panchayat teacher.
5. Considering the fact that petitioner has already resigned from the post of Panchayat teacher prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I ,Hilsa , Nalanda in connection with Nagarnausa Police Station Case No. 196 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
