Mr.Arun Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 302 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 29.09.2022.

As per the F.I.R, on suspicion the S.H.O of Bajpatti police station has apprehended three persons over single motorcycle and on interrogation, they confessed that they stole the said motorcycle.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24087 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 302 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Bajpatti Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
