JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 It is submitted that the petitioners were required to deposit a sum of Rs.52,00,000/-, in terms of the order of this Court dated 02.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13766 of 2014, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the said order out of which, however, only a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- was deposited by 24.11.2014 owing to paucity of fund.

2. For the reasons stated in the petition, time for depositing the remaining amount of Rs.37,00,000/- is extended for a further period of ten days from today and produce the receipts within the said period for the entire amount of Rs.52,00,000/- (Rupees fifty two lacs) before the learned court below.
