Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)c/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Two kilograms of Ganja was recovered from the possession of this petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,
