16.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is agreed at the Bar that all retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid though according to learned counsel for the petitioner there may be some error in calculation of the up-to-date interest with regard to G.P.F. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondents no. 3 and 4 who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17903 of 2011 (5) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 concerned respondent shall be obliged to dispose it off within a maximum period of three weeks thereafter. Any payment, if required to be made to the petitioner shall also be so done within the next three weeks.
