The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barauli P.S. Case No.102 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 387/34 Indian Penal Code.

From the written report, it appears that occurrence has taken place on account of land dispute. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

It has been submitted that other co-accused with similar allegation has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 13.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4730 of 2017. It is mentioned in para 3 that the petitioner has clean antecedents.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.102 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
