Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.492 of 2021, registered for the offences u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Earlier, vide order dated 06.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68764 of 2022, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court.

The petitioner has now filed this second application for bail.

Having gone through the submissions of the parties and in view of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another
