ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 It is agreed by the parties that the cases filed on either side are petty in nature and have been filed on account of land dispute and that they are ready to sort out their differences before the Civil Court.

In view of such, the entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 2311C of 2013 including the order dated 31.10.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai and the proceeding of Complaint Case No. 2284 C of 2013 including the order dated 09.07.2014 by the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai are hereby quashed.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands allowed.
