No. 37413 of 2014 for extending the period of surrender on the ground that the petitioner was suffering from Hepatitis B and remained under treatment of Dr. Bhagwan Das from 17.03.2015 to 19.05.2015 vide annexure-2, resulting, he did not surrender within time.

Learned APP does not oppose the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014 pending before the court of learned S.D.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga within fortnight from the date of receipt/production a copy of this order and then he shall be released in terms of the order dated 25.03.2015 passed in Cr.
