The instant MJC has been filed on account of non compliance of order impugned dated 30.07.2008 passed in CWJC No. 410/2005 whereby and whereunder the Court had directed the Vice Chancellor of the Magadh University to pay the legitimate salary and emoluments of the petitioner whereupon vide order dated 07.04.2010, notice was directed to be issued upon O.P. No.5, Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya being peremptory in nature which the petitioner failed to comply with.

Patna High Court MJC No.1111 of 2009 (3) dt.23-08-2016 That being so, the petition is found dismissed with regard to O.P. No.5 and further in the background of direction under order impugned to O.P.
