Learned counsel for the respondents are present. A reply has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 4, to the rejoinder filed on behalf of the petitioner, as per direction of the Court dated 26.11.2015, in which it has been stated that all increments have been paid to the petitioner except for the stagnation period since he had already been receiving the upper limit of the pay scale. It has further been stated that Rs. 2,075/- claimed to have been deposited by the petitioner by way of security money cannot be traced in the records of the Corporation
Patna High Court CWJC No.21087 of 2011 dt.11-12-2015 2/2 and if the petitioner is able to produce any reliable evidence in support of such deposition of security money, the same shall also be duly returned to him.
In view of the fact that nobody had appeared and no reply has been filed by the petitioner, to the affidavit of respondents no. 1 to 4, copy of which has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 09.12.2015, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that with regard to the security money deposited by him, if he is able to produce any reliable evidence before the District Manager, S.F.C., Begusarai within a month from today along with a copy of this order, the same shall be looked into and if it is found that the petitioner had deposited the security money, the same shall be returned to him in accordance with law without delay.
