Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of this writ petition, the University has filed a counter affidavit showing payment of the amounts under different heads for which relief in question is sought for by the petitioners. Learned counsel further submits that in terms of paragraphs 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, the present writ petition may be disposed of restoring liberty to these petitioners to file appropriate representations giving all details of remaining dues which, according to the petitioners, is found having not been adjudicated and require consideration by the University.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the University contends that such liberty may be given to the petitioners and on filing representation by the respective petitioners, the University is obliged to take into consideration all such supportive materials for adjudicating their claims if any remains.

Considering the stand of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as that of University, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that, in case, the petitioners file such representations before the competent authority in the University, then such representation shall be considered expeditiously and final order should be passed giving opportunity to each of the petitioners who propose to ventilate their grievances if any and upon such adjudication a final reasoned order shall be communicated to them within a period of eight weeks from the date of such representations.
