2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian penal Code read with Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.
3. It is alleged that the petitioner enticed away the daughter of the informant with bad intention.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC has stated that she went with the petitioner on her own sweet will and she

5. On the other hand, learned APP, Mr. Ram Anurag Singh has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
