Five pouches containing 300 ml. Nepali liquor each are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 06.08.2016.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sikrahana at Dhaka in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S.Case No.67 of 2016.
