Petitioner seeks bail in Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No.359 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30(a), 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that total 90 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from the road side. Seizure list does not bear signature of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66869 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhagalpur, in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No.359 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
