JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised by the informant against the petitioner on the ground that three days prior to the recovery of dead body, the petitioner had given threatening to the deceased. Moreover, the impugned order goes to show that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him though some witnesses named the petitioner but the aforesaid witnesses appear to be hear-say witnesses.
