1. The petitioner by way of this writ petition claims charge of the post of Head Assistant as he is the senior-most Assistant in the College while respondent no. 5 was regularized with effect from 06.06.2004. The petition also mentions about the three members committee formed to decide seniority of the non-teaching employees of the College. This writ petition was preferred in 2015. Almost eight years have passed by. It is directed if a regular promotions are made, the respondents shall first prepare seniority list and accordingly make regular
