The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018 dated 19.04.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of an arrested co-accused person.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69104 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S.
