The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 649A/2007, arising out of Pandarak P.S. Case No. 135 of 2007 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307 of the of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

This is a case of the year 2007. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but he remained absconding and he is in custody since 30.01.2016 and, as such, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected.
