Mr. Prem Kumar Jha, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 17-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and perused the case diary.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegedly, it is a case of dowry death due to nonfulfilment of dowry demand made by the accused persons including the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22131 of 2022(4) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and they have no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Surendra Tanti. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui/concerned Court in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
