This is an application filled for quashing the order dated 10.06.2015 passed by S.D.J.M. Nalanda Biharsharif in Mahila P.S. Case No. 33/13, G.R. No. 1428 of 13 whereby and where under the learned S.D.J.M. cancelled the bail bond of the petitioner and issued warrant of arrest against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that this is the second application by the husband as Criminal Miscellaneous no. 48181 of 2014 with Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3196 of 2016 is filled by the petitioner and the other accused person which was disposed of on 29.11.2017.
