JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 1100/18, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 302, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are elder brothers in law, Petitioner no. 3 is father in law, petitioner no. 4 is mother in law, and petitioner nos. 5 and 6 are sisters in law (gotani) of the deceased and allegation against them is of causing dowry death of the deceased.

No.19673 of 2019(2) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are in laws of the deceased and no specific allegation has been attributed to them and the materials collected during investigation disclose that the deceased while preparing food caught fire. It has also been submitted that the husband of the deceased in judicial custody.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM -I, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S.
