JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner no. 1 happens to be sister-in-law whereas petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law of the deceased and it is alleged that deceased was killed by her in-laws including her husband by pressing her neck with lathi due to non fulfillment of illegal demand. The dead body of the deceased was recovered and the doctor opined the cause of her death due to asphyxia. Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners are separate from the husband of the deceased and they do not have any concern with the husband of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 164 of 2010.
