Petitioner seeks bail in Kishanganj P.S. Case No.507 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that one motorcycle has been recovered from the Verandah of house of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018 having clean antecedents. There is no case lodged by anybody about theft of motorcycle. He has been made accused merely on suspicion.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69049 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.507 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
