JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 26.8.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17251 of 2014.

There is no fresh ground made out for consideration of the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44707 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 346 of 2013 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
